  • Internet connection error.

    The game on iPhone cannot connect to the internet when I have internet. I tried to reinstall game but problem still persists.

    Works perfectly on iPad.

    Any advice?

    EDIT: Have not update game to newest version because parental control D:.
    EDIT2: I received error code #00400. No idea what it means though.

    Hi! You'll need to update the game, since the last patch contains a crucial fix for the game. If such option is unavailable to you, we'll think of something

      Thanks for advice.

      Unfortunately I can't update this week cause parents on vacation unless I jailbreak device .
      Rip daily bonus XD.
      Any other way of fixing game or do I simply have to update?

                  Unfortunately, not yet, but I would suggest to try signing out and back into Game Center and completely restarting the device.

                  We're doing everything to solve this ASAP.

                      Are you connecting through a 3G/4G internet or via wifi? Any difference between the two?

                            We're still working on the issue, if switching between different wifi networks doesn't help you, re-install the game and update to the latest version.

                              The re download is best, it give the latest version of the game and not the old one. It should help
